The rental pool is designed to be hassle free. 20 West Executive Apartments will take care of everything from fully furnishing your apartment to maintaining your apartment.

20 West Executive Apartments has its own maintenance team. Therefore we will not call on you to fix anything in your apartment. Rather, it is our responsibility to ensure the apartment is in perfect working order and to hand back the apartment to the apartment owner at the end of the rental period with the apartment and furniture in perfect condition, fair wear and tear accepted.


No estate agents commission on the rental applicable which saves you R50 000.


We are willing to take occupation of your apartment immediately so no rental income will be lost by you.


20 West Executive Apartments has put together a furniture package that cannot be replicated on price. Due to their bulk buying, we are able to source furnishings and fully install at below retail value.


Our rental of R17 500 includes VAT at 14%. You will therefore need to register for VAT which will allow you to claim R300 000 of VAT back. We will gladly assist you with this process.
